"Transparency is the greatest safeguard. Open code and shared development will allow millions of young minds to make AI better and safer."
Drafting assistance for the Secretariat, with a verifiable record of every step.
Provlo helps officers prepare Office Memoranda, Parliament Question replies, RTI responses, file notings and DO letters in the prescribed formats. Each draft carries a complete, tamper-evident record of how it was produced, so the responsible officer can check the working and remain the deciding authority.
The file is waiting on someone. The numbers say who.
Figures drawn from DARPG monthly reports, Information Commission performance audits and the Lok Sabha procedure manual. Every figure is cited to its source.
Four controls, enforced inside the system itself.
These controls run in the execution path of every request. They cannot be switched off by configuration, and the record they produce can be independently checked.
Append-only audit record
Every model call, tool invocation and memory access writes a hash-linked event. There is no delete operation, so any alteration of past records is detectable.
SHA-256 hash chain, gapless sequence numbering
Signed agent identity
Each software agent holds its own signing key. Inter-agent messages, memory writes and the final draft are all signed, so authorship can always be established.
Ed25519 signatures on messages, memory and outputs
Governance in the call path
Policy rules on thresholds, personal data and classification limits are evaluated before and after every model call. High-risk items are held for officer review with the reasoning attached.
Pre-call and post-call checks, risk score, explanation report
Output provenance
Every artefact, whether an OM draft, an RTI response or a file noting, carries a signed provenance envelope recording which sources were used, when they were fetched, and by whom.
Signed envelope, content hash, official-source allowlist
What an officer can hand to Provlo today.
Each workflow produces a Hindi or English draft in the correct format: CSMOP 14th edition for OMs, the Lok Sabha manual for PQ replies, and the RTI Act for responses. Drafts download as .docx with the file number, indents and signature block preserved.
CSMOP-format OM, with prior references cited
Plain-English intent in, draft out. Bilingual header, F. No., dated line, indented paragraphs, distribution and copy list. Prior OMs are cross-referenced and footnoted in the noting.
Starred and unstarred replies ready for the Member
Two-column format for tabular data, anticipated supplementaries, citation block. Scheme data is taken only from official ministry pages, with the source and retrieval time recorded for every figure.
Section 8 exemption logic, applied not assumed
Provlo reads the application, identifies which RTI Act exemption applies, and either drafts the reply or flags the part needing PIO discretion. Every exemption invoked is logged with the clause and the reasoning.
Hierarchical notings at the level you hold
Provlo drafts in the voice of the level you select, from Section Officer to Joint Secretary, with the correct framing of "submitted for orders" and "as approved". AI text and officer text remain separately marked.
Personal letterhead, the right tone, the right rank
Demi-official letters from Secretary to Chief Secretary, or Joint Secretary to State Secretary, with the conventions intact: the "My dear" salutation, first-name basis, no F. No., signature by hand.
Search past notings without a database fee
Type the question. Provlo searches the ministry's prior OMs, file notings and PQ replies for the closest precedent. Each match shows the file number, date, page span and a checkable reference to the source.
